Notes
Prices include all taxes and are for minimum stay of 7 nights/ 8 days, Sunday is to preferred arrival day (negotiable). Shorter stays are available upon request
The rent is based upon villa person capacity. There is an extra charge per person 10% of the total amount of the accommodation; Children up to 5 years stay free.
To guarantee the reservation a 30% deposit is required.
Balance has to be settled 22 days before arrival.
Cancellations: 60 days to 30 before arrival 75% of the deposit will be kept. Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of the deposit will be kept. In case of unscheduled departure a 50% of the entire remaining stay will be kept.
Terms & Policies
Smoking not allowed in the villas.
Check-in time 16:00 P.M., check-out time 10:30 A.M. (flexible time during off peak periods).
Twice a week there is house and swimming pool cleaning, bed linen and towels change.
House and swimming pool time cleaning are negotiable with the guests.
Once a week pool closed at 19:00 P.M. reopens 10:00 A.M. next day for weekly cleaning maintenance.
